These terms govern your use of the BONK website and purchases from Bonk Nutrition Inc.

This website and online store are operated by Bonk Nutrition Inc. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the services with authorization from a parent or guardian.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that creates an unreasonable load, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We try to present product descriptions, images, nutrition information, availability, and pricing accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary. Always read the physical product label before consumption; the current package label controls if online information differs.
We may change products, packaging, prices, purchase limits, and availability. Nothing in these terms permits us to make a false or misleading representation or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed or calculated during checkout before payment. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, unlawful activity, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the cancelled amount. We will not cancel or refuse an order where doing so would violate applicable consumer law.
Checkout and payment are provided by Shopify and its payment providers, whose terms and privacy practices also apply to their services.
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law.
Review the complete ingredient, allergen, nutrition, storage, and use information on the package. Do not consume a product if you are allergic or sensitive to a listed ingredient or possible cross-contact allergen. Contact us if packaging is damaged, opened, recalled, or appears unsafe.

The website, BONK branding, artwork, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Bonk Nutrition Inc. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Submitting feedback does not give us permission to identify you or publish your words as a testimonial. Any testimonial use will be subject to a separate written approval where required.
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, but this does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own services or providers.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or imposed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the date above.
